Nature and sustainability tour - day 1
From landscaping initiatives to community gardens, many sustainability features remain to be discovered at the downtown campus of McGill. This tour aligns with Congress 2024’s theme of Sustained shared futures to highlight the importance and inter-connectedness of the urban environment, biodiversity, and climate change. The Federation and McGill invite attendees to join a guided walking tour to explore green spaces and gardens at the downtown campus and to promote well-being during Congress. The tour will be led by the Office of Sustainability at McGill University. Tour spots are limited. To participate in this tour, please sign up at the Info Centre in the Congress Hub once you arrive on campus. Participants will receive a seed bookmark which can be planted to grow wildflowers.
