Registration opened January 15, 2024.

The early bird deadline is March 31, 2024. Rates increase on April 1 (regular rate).

If you identify as a Black or Indigenous Student, contact your association to receive a link instead of registering using the link to the Registration form on our website.

If you are registering by using this special link and you wish to go to more than one conference, please register for the association whose link you’ve received only, and inform congress@federationhss.ca what other association conferences you would like to attend so we may add it to your registration.

No, you do not need to be a member of an association to attend an association conference at Congress, but you will need to pay their conference fee. The association conference fees are generally higher for non-members. If you wish to become a member, you should contact the association prior to registering.

The Congress registration confirmation email, which attendees receive from the Federation, is automatically generated and does not represent an invitation to attend Congress for visa purposes. The Federation does not issue letters of invitation and cannot assist with this process. You can use the following code as part of your visa application process: 24CMUF. Attendees should contact their association to request a letter of invitation to participate in their conference.

Use this link to sign into your registration. Once signed in, you can make changes to your profile. You can also add more association conferences to your registration.

If you are adding an association, you will be asked to pay for the additional association conference fees. Please note that the payment page will show the total you will have spent on registration, but it will not charge you the total twice. It will only charge you for what you have added.

Modifications that would lead to a refund such as a change in membership status for your association or a removal of an association conference must be sent to congress@federationhss.ca so that we may process your refund.

Note: To cancel your registration, please email congress@federationhss.ca as you cannot do so through the form.
