Committees
Board nomination process
In preparation for the annual Board elections, the Governance and Nominating Committee meets following the close of nominations to review the list of candidates for all vacant Board positions submitted by the members and the Board, and put forward a slate of recommended candidates for election at the Annual Meeting.
The members of the 2024-25 Governance & Nominating Committee are:
- Annie Pilote, Committee Chair
- Barrington Walker
- Temitope Oriola
- David Malloy
2025 Call for Nominations
The Federation is now accepting nominations for four (4) positions on the Board of Directors. Members are invited to nominate qualified candidates for these positions by Friday, March 14, 2025 at midnight (ET). The election of the new Board members will take place during the 2025 Annual Meeting.
