This session will provide an overview of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada’s Contributions Program. The goal of this program is to fund research and knowledge translation initiatives to support independent, non-profit research on privacy, to further privacy policy development, and to the promote the protection of personal information in Canada. Notably, this bilingual session will offer an overview on the call for proposals and selection criteria, examples of previously funded projects and themes, and advice and guidance on how to apply.
