The Canadian Society of Medievalists / Société canadienne des médiévistes (CSM / SCM) is a scholarly and professional association dedicated to promoting Medieval Studies at Canadian colleges and universities and to improving knowledge of the Middle Ages among the Canadian general public. Our Annual Conference will be held as part of the 2023 Congress of Humanities and Social Sciences at York University in Toronto and includes presentations from a wide variety of scholars and disciplines. We welcome presentations and sessions that concern any topic within Medieval Studies broadly defined. We also welcome presentations and sessions that apply the Congress theme, Reckonings and Re-imaginings, to Medieval Studies.
