The Federation is sharing a voluntary self-identification (self-ID) survey with Congress attendees to help us better understand who engages with our programs and initiatives.
Survey responses will inform future planning, fulfill reporting requirements, and support the goals of Igniting Change by helping us understand the diversity of our community.
The data collected will be used for internal analysis and reporting only, and individual responses will never be identified.
