Accommodations
The Federation offers discounted accommodations in and around the Edmonton Convention Centre. Discounted rooms will be available up to 3 days before and after the official Big Thinking Summit 2026 dates (June 9 – 11) pending room availability and individual hotel booking policies. We encourage you to contact hotels directly to confirm availability and reduced rate periods.
You must use the dedicated booking code or direct link below to access the special Big Thinking Summit 2026 rates. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and often book up quickly, so book early to avoid disappointment.
Please note that the Federation does not utilize the services of any housing/accommodation vendor(s). Those intending to scam attendees may send trustworthy-looking emails and build websites that mimic legitimate event websites to secure credit card information. We caution against making arrangements with any vendors who contact you directly to offer help with booking accommodations for the Big Thinking Summit 2026.
