We invite each association to complete the following survey to share its interest in receiving a proposal to host its conference at Congress 2027 and to provide additional information to help guide longer-term planning for Congress.
Regardless of your association’s plans for 2027, we ask that you please complete the survey. Your feedback is essential as we refine the model and the next phase of engagement.

Key upcoming dates and actions
- The association opt-in period for Congress 2027 will take place from June to September 2026.
- Associations are encouraged to connect with us before finalizing their 2027 plans while the model continues to be developed. Further updates will follow.
