Arrival 

  • Whether you are arriving via plane, train, or automobile, find your route via Travel & Transportation
  • For attendees arriving by car, be sure to check out Parking to learn how to register with the HONK parking app. 
  • Leave plenty of time before your first scheduled event of the day in case of lineups at Registration. 

Checking in at the Registration Desk 

Your first port of call upon arriving on campus should be the Registration Desk to check in and collect your badge. The Registration Desk is located in the Congress Hub – Central Square. 

After registering, please remember to wear your badge at all times when on site.

While on campus, you can connect in five easy steps: 

  1. While on campus, join the Congress2023 WiFi network on your mobile device  
  2. Download the Sennheiser Mobile Connect application on your device’s App/Play Store  
  3. Open the Sennheiser Mobile Connect application on your device and click on the Blue QR Code at the top of the screen.  
  4. Scan the QR code provided in the room  
  5. Select your preferred language, and press Listen using your own earpiece.

There are plenty of dining options around campus, including the Social Zone Re-Imaginings tent and the Central Square Reckonings Café, alongside numerous dining halls and food outlets. Food services.

To ensure we keep Congress fun, safe, and supportive for all attendees, please familiarize yourself with  the Code of Conduct before arriving on campus.  

Anyone wishing to discuss or report a possible violation of the Congress Code of Conduct throughout Congress can contact the Ombudsperson.

Throughout Congress, you will receive Today at Congress, a very special edition of Congress emails that provides a selection of that day’s events, along with important scheduling changes, logistics and support.

Virtual attendees: welcome to the virtual Congress platform! 

Those attending Congress virtually can now access the virtual platform via the Congress website.

Logging in 

  1. To log in, use the same username and password you used to register for Congress. 
  2. Once you’re logged in, be sure to take a Platform Tour to get oriented.  

Support 

Locate and click the “Live Support” button on the lower right of the virtual platform. Answer the pre-chat questions and click “Start the chat”.
