The Congress Ombudsperson is available as an independent, neutral, and confidential resource for all attendees to discuss or report possible violations of the Congress Code of Conduct, and receive support in finding appropriate resolutions. 

Code of Conduct Questions and Complaints  

Anyone wishing to discuss or report a possible violation of the Congress Code of Conduct should contact the Ombudsperson at congressh.ombuds@gmail.com. 

The Ombudsperson will be available via e-mail from 9:00 to 17:00 EDT daily during Congress, including on the weekend. E-mails received after hours will be addressed the very next day.  

General inquiries 

If an attendee has a question, concern or complaint about Congress that does not relate to the Code of Conduct (e.g. registration, programming, transportation, prices, food services, etc.): 

• Email congress@federationhss.ca and/or go to the Congress Info Desk for assistance.
