Child welfare social workers, supervisors and managers will benefit from this presentation, as well as CFS policy analysts. Indigenous fathers are often left out of the equation and this practice needs to stop. Child welfare agencies and other social service organizations have a responsibility to create a healthy space for fathers to ensure they have the support they need as they face parenting challenges. This presentation will bring forth ideas related to Child Welfare, Parenting, Fatherhood and Indigenous Masculinities.
