Co-curricular and experiential programs that connect students to community are increasingly essential. This presentation shares practices from a rapidly scaled institutional program now at capacity. Champlain College’s Millennium Certificate tracks student progress across their college years through an online community hub. Students choose from seven themes, joining cohorts each year. Profiles and portfolios showcase their work, while shared spaces enable interaction, discovery, and collaboration with peers, organizations, and campus clubs. The program integrates co-curricular and academic learning, supported by faculty mentorship. This session highlights a modern certificate and badging model with growing relevance.
