2026 Association conference support

As part of your access to the Federation’s 2026 conference support plan, please review the upcoming clinics, EDID workshops, and essential resources available to help you move forward.

EDID workshops

These workshops provide guidance on inclusive programming, equitable participation, and applying universal design principles across your in-person, hybrid, or virtual conference:

  • Fostering Accessible and Welcoming Spaces – Wednesday, February 11, 2026 | 13:00 – 14:30, ET | Zoom link

This hands-on, Q&A-focused accessibility clinic offers associations a space to discuss accessibility considerations in conference planning, across in-person, hybrid, and virtual conference formats.

Guidance will focus on practical solutions, common pitfalls, and considerations for funding, including how the Federation's EDID Initiatives Fund can support that work.

  • Advancing inclusive programming – Date TBD

Note: Workshop date will be shared as soon as confirmed.

Conference planning support clinic (Reminder)

Take part in our second clinic to learn conference best practices, clarify timelines, and receive planning support.

  • Friday, March 13, 2026 | 12:00–1:00 PM ET | Zoom link
