Congress 2025 association collaboration survey

Following recommendations by the Congress 2025 Association Taskforce, the Federation committed to supporting participating associations in finding a partner to collaborate on joint events.

The benefits of holding an event in collaboration with another association include:

  • Diversifying your association conference’s programming; 
  • Attracting new members; 
  • Strengthening your application toward the Open Programming Fund by securing a secondary applicant; 
  • Benefiting from additional conference visibility via our Events Calendar.

If you would like to be connected with other associations that also wish to collaborate, please fill the optional survey below by December 2, 2024, so we may connect you with associations that have similar interests to yours.

In addition to this survey, this year, the Federation has increased its budget by 25% towards the Open Programming Fund to further support associations that organize joint sessions. Associations applying in 2025 can receive up to $5,000 for up to two (2) events as the primary applicant. Associations can be the secondary applicant on an unlimited number of submissions.

Our team has also added a document to the Resource page of the Organizers Portal where you can find the contact information for each Congress 2025 participating association.
