To support the participation of underrepresented groups in academic spaces and in alignment with the Igniting Change recommendations, we have waived Summit fees for Black and Indigenous students. You can access these complimentary fees via the registration form (coming soon).
Payment of the Summit fee is mandatory for all attendees including presenter, speakers, panelists, organizers, and those moderating/chairing or attending a session. If you are speaking at the Summit, you have access to the Early Bird rates for the full duration of the ticketing period.
For groups of 10+ full-time students, a 5% discount will be applied.
For groups of 20+ full-time students, a 10% discount will be applied.
Cancellations until May 8, 2026, are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Refunds or cancelations after May 8 are subject to a 25% administrative fee.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Visa/debit, MasterCard, MasterCard/debit, American Express. Payment by cash or cheque is not available at this time.
