Bahare is a Program Coordinator, Scholarly Book Awards at the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences, where she supports the coordination of the program.

She has also worked in a non-profit setting, coordinating programs and supporting community-based initiatives, with a focus on youth engagement.

In her spare time, Bahare enjoys paddle boarding and learning new languages.
