Accommodations map (Stay 22)
The Federation provides a list of accommodations in and around the McGill University campus, including specially discounted rates for Congress attendees at participating properties. Please note that contracted room blocks will book up quickly due to high demand and reduced rates. These discounted rooms will be available up to 3 days before and after the official Congress dates (June 11 – June 22) pending room availability and individual hotel booking policies. We encourage you to contact hotels directly to confirm availability and reduced rate periods.
You must use the dedicated booking code or direct link below to access the special Congress rates. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment.
* Please note that neither the Federation nor McGill University utilize the services of any housing/accommodation vendor(s). Those intending to scam attendees may send trustworthy-looking emails and build websites that mimic legitimate event websites to secure credit card information. Do NOT make arrangements with any vendors who contact you directly to offer help with booking accommodations for Congress.

- Single private rooms with one twin bed, desk, armoire and refrigerator. Bed linen and towels provided.
- Large shared bathroom facilities on every floor.
- Small kitchenettes in the building, however cookware and utensils are not provided.
- Rooms are not air conditioned.
- In-room housekeeping service is not available (towel or linen change request : $25)
