Committees
Board nomination process
In preparation for the annual Board elections, the Governance and Nominating Committee meets following the close of nominations to review the list of candidates for all vacant Board positions submitted by the members and the Board, and put forward a slate of recommended candidates for election at the Annual Meeting.
The members of the 2023-24 Governance & Nominating Committee are:
- Annie Pilote, Committee Chair
- Mike DeGagné
- Temitope Oriola
- David Malloy
2024 Call for Nominations
The Federation launched an open call for nominations for two (2) positions on the Board of Directors. Members were invited to nominate qualified candidates for these open positions from January 25 to February 12, 2024.
The election of new Board directors will take place during the 2024 Annual Meeting, scheduled for May 15, 2024 at 14:00 – 16:00 (ET).
