Your username and password will be the same email address and password you used to register for Congress.

If you cannot remember your password, click on ‘Don’t know your password? Click here to reset it’ on the login page.
Using the platform
For instructions on how to use the platform, navigate to the ‘Platform tour’ button on the homepage before or after logging in.
Support
Locate and click the “Live Support” button on the lower right of the virtual platform. Answer the pre-chat questions and click “Start the chat”.
